We will NOT bill your credit card until your order is actually shipped. If you have any questions, please contact us by phone 800-462-5112 or by e-mail. Puckshop Service for a prompt response. Puckshop.com reserves the right to cancel and order at any time with notification to the customer.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
When necessary, we will accept pre-authorized returns within 14 days of your receipt of the order (per shipping confirmation).
If you need to return an item:
1. Step One: Please send an email to Service@puckshop.com explaining the problem.
2. Step Two: Puckshop.com will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions, shipping information, address to return product and a return authorization number (RA #). No returns will be accepted without an RA#.
3. Step Three: Write RA# on box and ship back to Puckshop.com. As noted above, Puckshop.com will provide return address via e-mail.
For all returns, a 5% restocking fee will be charged and shipping will not be refunded unless agreed to in advance (Refund = Order Total - 5% - Shipping Fee).
If Puckshop.com shipped the wrong product, you will receive a full refund.
INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW:
SKATES: Sharpened Skates are note exchangeable or returnable.
STICKS - WARRANTY: Most Major Manufacturers provide warranty services directly.
EXCHANGES: Puckshop.com will work with you! Wrong size, no problem, follow return procedure and we will gladly send you the correct size. Shipping charges will be your responsibility. The good news is that there is no restocking charge with exchanges.
